A great many collectors of antique bottles have become such collectors by simply digging up an antique bottle and becoming interested in the origin. Other collectors may have discovered antique bottles while cleaning the attic or basement. The market value of antique bottles has been accelerating in the last few years. There are many collectible antique bottles such as Victorian perfume bottles, Czech perfume bottles and other ornate antique bottles available to be found at currently very affordable prices which are probably destined to increase making antique bottle collecting a good hobby to enjoy.

This square little bottle is embossed with ACME Blacking Trademark Wolff & Randolf Philadelphia. With a great name like that I wish they used a better font to emboss in glass. I guess for shoe polish you can only expect so much.
