The Kodak antique and film cameras have a very long history and are known to almost everybody. In fact many people still own antique Kodak cameras. There are comprehensive guides which describe and illustrate these family heirlooms. The first antique Kodak cameras, like many other early cameras, had no finder. The camera was simply pointed at the subject. There are generally two small tabs on the tip of Antique Kodak cameras. The smaller tab is for time lapse photography; the larger of the two, a brass plate with a hole in it which slides over the lens, is the aperture setting. The most famous antique and film cameras manufacturer in the world is the Kodak Eastman Company.
